4. Return & Replacement Policy
4.1 No Return Policy
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
"Once sold, is sold" — this is a core policy.
4.2 Exception – Product Sold Past Expiry Date
A replacement or refund may be offered only if a product is found to be past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
Conditions:
- Claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Proof required (photo of product and expiry label)
- Invoice or order reference must be submitted
4.3 Replacements for Bulk Orders
Replacements may be provided for:
- Products damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items delivered
- Pre-approved high-volume orders
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to management approval.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
